2. Physical Products (Prints, Postcards, Posters)

We accept refund or exchange requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

To request a refund, please email support@bettermacro.com with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.

Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
