1. Digital Products (Downloads, Video Courses, etc.)

  • All digital products are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.

  • If you experience technical issues with a download or course access, contact us at support@bettermacro.com, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

2. Physical Products (Prints, Postcards, Posters)

  • We accept refund or exchange requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To request a refund, please email support@bettermacro.com with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind or preference (e.g., you no longer want the product) for digital or physical items.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
